If there was any doubt about the direction Apple intends to go with OS X, it has been erased. If OS X Lion (10.7) felt like a cloudy harbinger of what might be coming down the road, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8) clearly reveals whatâs waiting at the end - and takes us most of the way there. Appleâs plan is to make OS X look and run more and more like iOS. And, mostly, it works.
